We take great pride in the quality of every kurti we send out. But we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected β and we are here to make it right.
β When Can You Return?
We accept returns and exchanges in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong item (wrong size, wrong colour, wrong product)
- The product has a manufacturing defect
Please raise your concern within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
β When Can You Not Return?
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- The item has been used, washed, or worn
- The tags have been removed
- The return request is raised after 7 days of delivery
- The product was purchased during a sale or at a discounted price
- Dislike of colour or design after purchase (we recommend checking product photos carefully before ordering)
π Exchange Policy
We offer size exchanges on all regular-priced products subject to availability.
- Raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery
- The product must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact
- Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will dispatch the exchange within 5β7 working days
π° Refund Policy
- For prepaid orders β refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5β7 working days after we receive the returned product
- For COD orders β refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI. Please share your bank details when raising the request
- Shipping charges are non-refundable

- Our team will respond within 24 hours
- We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address at no extra cost (for eligible returns)
π¦ Return Shipping
- For returns due to our error (wrong or defective item) β we bear the shipping cost
- For size exchange β we bear the reverse pickup cost
π Processing Time
Once we receive your returned product:
- Exchange dispatch β 5β7 working days
- Refund credit β 5β7 working days
