We accept returns and exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item (wrong size, wrong colour, wrong product)
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Please raise your concern within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.


❌ When Can You Not Return?

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • The item has been used, washed, or worn
  • The tags have been removed
  • The return request is raised after 7 days of delivery
  • The product was purchased during a sale or at a discounted price
  • Dislike of colour or design after purchase (we recommend checking product photos carefully before ordering)

We offer size exchanges on all regular-priced products subject to availability.

  • Raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact
  • Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will dispatch the exchange within 5–7 working days

  • For prepaid orders β€” refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned product
  • For COD orders β€” refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI. Please share your bank details when raising the request
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
